Entry into the Faction Leader Program is restricted to men without mental disease or defect; capacity for disciplined education; and readiness for militant personal coherence as determined through qualification interview by the Relationship Manager of Throne Dynamics.
In order to ensure full devotion and engagement of Company resources, participation in this exclusive and asset-intensive program is restricted to a total of five (5) individuals at any time.
Participants in the Faction Leader Program are required to maintain consistent In Good Order ("IGO") status with Risk Division Authority and compliance with regulations and guidance in the Movement Faction Manual through the entirety of the program.
